This Meal Plan is Gluten Free, Soy Free and only uses the healthiest of fats and carbohydrates. We use all natural flavorings, no msg, organic vegetables, whole foods. Fats are Healthy and consist of Avocado's, Olive Oil, Avocado Oil, Truffle Oil, & House Mediterranean Blend.
WE DO NOT STARVE YOU!!! This is a healthy lifestyle option. We do use dairy, hormone free! You can have healthy carbs such as red potatoes, whole grain rice, you can eat nitrate and nitrite free bacon! We take your favorites, take away all the bad stuff and create a great weekly meal!!!We do have dairy free options, allergen options as well as Vegetarian & Vegan options. Please reach out to us if you need customization.
